Tank type Wire Drawing Machine Application

The main motor of tank type wire drawing machine plays its part in thin wire stretching process, which is open loop
control; drawing machine functions in drawing, which demands a constant line speed.

The working principle is to stretch thinner wires out from thicker wires through molds, then line up the wires in the
direction of drawing motor spindle. This process demands frequency inverters to control the drawing motor,
through the tension feedback signal from tension movable pulley, to keep a constant tension by PID speed control.

Application effect:

During the whole process of drawing machine, tension remains stable, tension movable pulley locates almost the
same place, which are in accordance with manufactureing requirements.
